Boasting a beautiful view of the Atlantic, the recently refurbished vacation home 'Zen House' is located in Puerto Rico.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with satellite and streaming services as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor open terrace and access to shared amenities including a fenced pool, an outdoor shower, and a tennis court.
The pool hours are per the regulations. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.
The centre of Puerto Rico is 500 meters away, and a supermarket is 300 meters away. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, children, and parties are not allowed. The hours of silence are between 11 pm and 8 am. Air conditioning is not available. The property has a step-free interior. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
