Located in Gonnesa, the villa "Is Sorrisi" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 85 m² property overlooks a 50 m² veranda.
With a view of the hills, it stands on a 6000 m² property with olive trees and an orchard.
There is also a small family farm on the property.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the attic and 1 bathroom as well as an additional outdoor toilet with shower and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. The property features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue.
There is also a small playground. The nearest center is Gonnesa, where you will find all essential services.
The nearest beaches, “Plagemesu” and “Sa punta e s'Arena,” are two kilometers away.
Furthermore, the accommodation offers a strategic location to reach the most beautiful beaches and attractions in the southwest of Sardinia. The property features 3 private parking spaces. Families with children are welcome. This property features stairs. Please note, there is no drinkable water available on-site. Pets are allowed; there are two docile cats on the property.
