Overlooking the mountain, the holiday home "Villa Charlotte" in La Oliva impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, cable and satellite TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. This property offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open and covered terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue.
Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool. Enjoy relaxing mountain views while preparing a healthy meal for your family! The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking, parties, and large gatherings are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There are video surveillance sensors that do not record audio but only take photos when activated (they are in the living room and on the stairs), in addition to sensors on the doors and windows.
