Located in Montalcino, Tuscany, this 60 m² agritourism apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You will find a well-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and air conditioning.
Families with children have access to a cot and high chair, and wine glasses are provided to enjoy estate-produced Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino.
Locally produced olive oil is also available.
Upon request, wine and olive oil tastings can be arranged on the estate, available for an extra fee. Step out onto your private, uncovered terrace to admire the stunning views of the Val d'Orcia and Tuscan hills.
The shared garden offers tranquility among vineyards and olive groves, while the outdoor pool is open seasonally from May to mid-October, weather permitting, daily from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. A communal barbecue is also available for outdoor dining. The property offers shared parking.
One pet is allowed; smoking and events are not permitted.
The farmhouse follows recycling guidelines (details on site), uses energy-saving lighting, and partially generates electricity with solar panels. This early 19th-century stone farmhouse has been recently renovated, preserving rural features like local stone, handmade bricks, and early 20th-century rustic furnishings.
Surrounded by woods, vineyards, and olive groves, it enjoys a dominant position with views over the Val d'Orcia south of Montalcino, offering breathtaking panoramas and unique sunsets over the rolling hills.

The whole place was lovely and the hosts were so lovely and helpful.
Such a hidden gem! Had such a great time!
Watching the sunset and having the wine from their own vineyard which by the way was gorgeous!

This was a great vacation location. I attended a reunion in Waimea and several gatherings in the Waikoloa Resort area. The accommodations were good to excellent.
