In Völkersweiler, you will find this 210 sqm holiday home, accommodating up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The accommodation offers a modern, high-quality and fully equipped interior.
You have access to a spacious kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dryer, as well as a barbecue area with kettle grill and seating.
For families, a baby cot, high chair, and shared games and children's books are available. Enjoy the view of the mountains, the surrounding nature, as well as nearby fields, forests and hiking trails.
In the area, you will find climbing rocks, mountain bike routes, castles, lakes, the Schuhstraße, the Weinstraße and the nearby Alsace.
The house offers you a private spa area with spa pool, sauna and additional shower, which can be used for a fee. You have two shared parking spaces on the property, as well as public parking at the sports field car park opposite.
Charging for your electric car at the house is possible for a fee.
Public transport is accessible from the accommodation.
During your stay, only dogs are welcome as pets.
The dogs may move freely on the three floors, but not on the sofa or beds.
By arrangement, dogs can run freely for a short time on a highly fenced meadow.
Events and parties are not permitted.

Our daughter lives with her partner in the basement apartment, which is not included in the booking.

Es genug Platz und die Zimmer waren schön groß. Sehr netter und lieber Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Genug Parkplatz vorhanden und das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht.
Das man die Tür vom Gäste WC nicht abschließen kann,da sie elektrisch ist.

Besonderheit und Stil des Hauses, ausreichend Platz und große Betten.
Die Küchenausstattung hätte für die Anzahl der Leute etwas besser sein können, zb. Mehr Besteck, größere Schüsseln und Töpfe.
Ein Haus am Sportplatz, mit futuristischen Türen und tropfender Decke.

Es war sauber, alles vorhanden, netter Kontakt , gute Parkmögluchkeiten, grosses Bad.
Gut eingezäuntes Gelände.
Dass einem am Anreisetag extra 200 Euro für den Wellnessbereich abgenommen wurde.
Der Mini Plastik Aldi Pool.
Tropfende Decke im Bad, vom Bad darüber, dass seit einem halben Jahr bekannt ist nur, keine Möglichkeit finden, den Schaden zu beheben.
Am Abreisetag plötzlich kein Wasser mehr in der Kü...
