The holiday home "Villa Palomas" is located in Nerja and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 per floor) and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, 2 TVs, air conditioning (not available in the basement), heating as well as a washing machine.
On top of that, a private gym is also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair are available. The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, 2 open terraces, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located 1 km from a supermarket and 2 km from Burriana Beach. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Water-saving features have been installed at this property. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Pool and outside area. Size and cleanliness and the location.
The property internally does need modernised. The couch and chair in the living room in particular are very old and uncomfortable.
The upstairs bathroom would benefit from a shower screen to stop bathroom flooding.
