The holiday apartment 'Solkira' is located in Capo d'Orlando and impresses guests with its view of the sea.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, two smart TVs, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
This vacation rental features 2 private balconies for evening relaxation.
The property is located by the sea, only a few metres from the beach and 50 metres from the city center and public transport links are within walking distance.
It is also in the center of Capo d'Orlando, with all the main services within walking distance.
The touristic port is a few kilometers away, and you can go on an Aeolian Islands Tour.
The nearest airport is Catania-Fontanarossa, 82 km away A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

The location is great! Great view! Nice bubbles at the arrival

Beside the great location,, The sunset at the balcony, the apartment is spacious with two balconies and toilet window. Check in and out was very easy. We were complemented with nice bubbles at the arrival.
The apartment was okay clean but not super clean, the shower is broke so you can shower but you cant hang it high to wash your hair, you always have to hold it with one hand but it working well, the downstairs apartment always cook and all the smell comes to the apartment we literally couldnt stay in it while neighbours cooking (really strong smell as if they are cooking next to us)
