The 55 m² accommodation on the 1st floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for up to 4 people.
The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. A bus stop is located within walking distance (2 min away). The nearest shop is in Gries am Brenner and the host recommends visiting the "Berger Alm" lift in Steinach. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
