The holiday apartment 'Casa Silvia' is located in Livigno and boasts a view of the mountains and direct access to the ski slopes.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable TV, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available for a fee. This vacation rental features private terraces, both open and covered, providing a relaxing space for evenings. Public transport links are located within walking distance.
You can go on Granturismo bus tours, enjoy lunch at the refuge, and rent muscle, bicycle, and electric bikes in the area.
The Carosello 3000 ski lift, supermarkets, a cafeteria/pastry shop, a health emergency room, a pharmacy, a pedestrian cycle path, and a public laundry are available in the surroundings. A parking space is available on the property. The property has motorbike, bicycle, and ski storage. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. This is a quiet apartment for couples and families. The property is nicely located. Ski lift 9 is only 1 minute walk away. Ski lift Amerikana is 5 min walk away. Good thing you can actually ski from lift 11 to lift 9. There are so many ski lifts in Livigno. Ski bus is a nice (free) way to get to any you want.
Nature was the main highlight.

This was a great property especially as it is only 50m from the Carasello 3000 lift. It is well equipped and lovely and clean and was great for our family of 4. We did feel that it was a bit over priced, but we only booked it the day before arrival as our original booking was cancelled literally last minute by the host, so we were very relieved and delighted to get Casa Silva.
