The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this charming 43 m² apartment in Colmar can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room.
The apartment is composed as follows
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 5 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Colmar, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
