The holiday home "Beach House 1km de la plage" is located in Audierne and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 44 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is available for a fee. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden and open terrace. Trips to the island of Sein, guided tours, and dinner at the host's restaurant (open from April to September) can be organized. The host also offers to assist with bicycle rental, surf lessons, sailing, kayaking, organizing picnics, and providing any information to ensure that you have a fantastic stay. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is before 10 am. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Guests are kindly reminded to treat the house with care and respect. Air conditioning is not available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
