In Mojacar, the holiday home Duplex Jlc boasts an excellent location close to the beach.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.
This property features a private outdoor area with 2 open terraces.
Guests also have access to shared amenities such as a pool, garden, outdoor shower, and tennis court.
Public transport links are located within walking distance.
The holiday home is a 3-minute drive from Mojacar beach with dozens of shops, restaurants, and a beach of more than 5 km.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, en una urbanización tranquila y a pocos minutos de la playa. Tiene unas vistas al mar preciosas y cuenta con plaza de aparcamiento cubierta, lo cual es muy cómodo en verano. El apartamento está bien equipado para el día a día y las dos terrazas son un gran plus para disfrutar del buen clima.
En general, una muy buena opción para unas vacaciones cerca del mar
Como puntos a mejorar, las almohadas no me resultaron cómodas (aunque esto depende del gusto de cada persona) y las tumbonas de la terraza superior estaban bastante descuidadas y no se podían usar. También algún fregasuelos y limpiador multiusos para estancias de una semana no vendría mal.
