The 50 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
This studio apartment features a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings.
The property is located close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance. The Refuges from the Civil War, La Alcazaba Castle, the Las Patronas Almería Mexican Restaurant, Café Terraza HO in Puerta Purchena, the El Paseo Maritimo de Almería, and the Dulce Alianza Pastry Shop are in the surroundings.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
Making noise is forbidden from 12 am to 8 am.
Seasonal vegetables are available to buy from the urban garden of a family friend.
You can also get the craft beer “Los Filabres”, which was made by our nephew.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
