The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a game console. The property offers a private outdoor area with a garden, a balcony and a tennis court. The property is located within walking distance of public transport links and just a short drive from the beach. There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Small dogs (max. 6 kg) are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 11 pm and 8 am. Please note that guests do not have access to the pool.
