The holiday apartment Artemisia House Vastema in Quartu Sant'Elena is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets and public transport connections.

The "Medical Guard" is 300 m from the property with hours from 8pm to 8am and also 700 m away is St Helen's Multi-Specialty Nursing Home. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly requested to turn off the air conditioners when leaving the house and to avoid making noise in the afternoon and at night. An electric vehicle charging station is available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
