The villa Alice is located in Villasimius and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning only in one bedroom (enough to cool the whole house), a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Please note that the double rooms are separated by a door, but to access the bathroom guests have to pass through one of the rooms. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, a balcony, a barbecue and a playground. The property is conveniently located a short walk from Villasimius town centre and a 15 min walk from the beach (can be reached in 5 min by car).
Close to the property there are several restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and public transport links. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly requested not to make loud noises after 10 pm. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
