The single-storey apartment can accommodate 2 people.
The living room has a seating area and a dining area.
The television has streaming functions.
So you can view apps from your phone or tablet directly on the TV screen.
You use your own accounts to do that.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a coffee capsule machine and a combination microwave.
House numbers 0-03, 1-03, 2-03, 3-03 and 0-04 do not have a separate bedroom, the double bed is located in the living area.
In house numbers 2-10, 3-10 and 4-08, the double bed is in a separate bedroom.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The apartment has a balcony with patio furniture.
Some house numbers have an Egg hanging chair on the balcony from the end of March to mid-October.
In winter and during stormy weather, we will remove it from the balconies for safety. A few house numbers have a sea view.
Parking is possible at the central parking, and use of WiFi is free. Extra nice: Apartment number 0-04 is located on the ground floor, it has a larger bathroom with wall brackets at the toilet and more space to move, for a walker for instance.
While booking, you can indicate your preference for this flat. A breathtaking experience on the coast You wake up to the sound of the sea in the background, pull open the curtains and see the first rays of sunlight lighting up the beach; coming to De Graaf van Egmont truly means taking a break.
You stay in an appartment that has all the modern comforts.
Your appartment is at a rock’s throw from the boulevard, where you can buy great souvenirs or look for a nice restaurant to eat at that night.
Feeling a bit more adventurous? Why not take a stroll down the beach or rent a bicycle and discover the beautiful environment? A visit to the famous cheese market in Alkmaar or a day of shopping in Amsterdam are also absolute musts. The beaches of Egmond aan Zee have a Blue Flag, the European hallmark of clean and safe marinas and beaches. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park.
A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed.
As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking.
Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.

Kurzer Weg zum Strand und den Restaurants
Gute Parkmöglickeiten in der Tiefgarage
In dem Appartment war im Flur die Beleuchtun zu gering und reichte nicht zur Badezimmertür, die im Dunklen lag. Besonders Nachts gefährlich, da auch noch eine kleine Stufe als Stolpergefahr. Die begehbare Dusche sehr schön, aber nach Benutzung war das Bad bis zur Toilette nass!
Würde dort wieder buchen, allerdings waren die Matratzen zu weich

Das Knatschen der Fußböden, so dass man nachts vom Nachbarn geweckt wurde
sehr schöne lage, ausblick war sehr schön.

das zimmer war sehr gut, die lage war top und das personal freundlich.
nicht das zimmer was uns angezeigt wurde, dennoch haben wir eine sehr schöne aussicht gehabt.
