The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls and ideal for teleworkers) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The vacation home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, and a balcony.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a covered terrace. Public transport links are located within walking distance.
There are many hiking and biking routes nearby, and watersports can be practiced on a nearby beach. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking, parties, and extra guests are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Casa non nuova ma perfettamente vivibile. Ampi spazi esterni. Buona pulizia. Parcheggio sempre disponibile sotto casa. Host disponibile e check in svolto in presenza senza alcun problema di comunicazione.
La seconda camera è comunicante con la camera principale ed è obbligata al passaggio da quella per entrare in casa. c'era comunque un altro letto in sala, preferibile per una maggiore privacy.
