We offer this charming 20 m² apartment in Saint-Maurice, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a serviced residence, it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower).

- A 21 m² living room with TV, double bed, sofa bed (extra bed) and dining table.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- Shower room with WC
The residence offers a wide range of services, including :
- 24/7 reception

- Laundry facilities - Paid parking

- Breakfast room
- Linen & cleaning kit
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Maurice, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- It's perfectly located on the edge of Paris. And don't miss out on any of the major cultural events around the residence : the AccorHotel Arena in Bercy is just 5km away.
- The Bois de Vincennes is 750m away (lake, races, walks, sports trails, restaurants...).
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private pay parking lot.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- The metro to Paris is 700m away (15 min from the center of Paris)
- Nearest train station: Paris Gare de Lyon (6 km)

La Vie en Bleu "Très très bof!
🙂 Le double vitrage pour le bruit du périphérique.
🙁 Logement très très petit surtout pour le prix. Pas fonctionnel : pas de table pour manger, pas de vaisselle suffisante, le lit d'appoint très inconfortable...pas de clim et on ne peut pas dormir là fenêtre ouverte car bruit du périphérique ( petit ventilateur présent quand même)."
