The holiday apartment "Casa Vera" is located in Gavi and overlooks the mountain.
This 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV with streaming services, a fan as well as a washing machine. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and 2 balconies that offer panoramic mountain views. Nearby recommendations include the outlet center of Serravalle, the local Christmas markets, and the numerous festivals organized in the region.
The property is located in a natural environment perfect for hiking and the city of Genoa can be reached within 40 km. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Celebrating events in this property is not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
