This semi-detached bungalow can accommodate 6 people.
The well-lit living room with underfloor heating is reached through the hallway that has a separate toilet.
The television has streaming functions.
So you can view apps from your phone or tablet directly on the TV screen.
You use your own accounts to do that.
The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a kettle and a filter coffee machine.
The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs.
There is 1 double bed and a TV in one of the bedrooms.
The other 2 bedrooms are both furnished with 2 single beds.
There is adequate space in 1 of the bedrooms for an extra camping cot.
The 2 bathrooms are also upstairs, both have underfloor heating.
There is 1 bathroom with a bath and another with a shower and a traditional sauna.
There is a separate toilet upstairs as well.
The garden has a deck with patio furniture and 2 sun loungers.
The storage room can be accessed from indoors and outdoors.
This is where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer.
You can park at the holiday accommodation, and you can use free Wi-Fi. Special destination, just over the border Nearby, but very different.

The rolling hills with their primeval forests, the picturesque villages and the imposing castle, they all breathe history.
That historic feeling is also what you get at the park.
The traditional villas and the stylish central building, all surrounded by ancient trees, immediately give special feeling when entering.
Of course there are all the modern necessities in the holiday homes and on the park.
From free Wi-Fi, children’s entertainment and restaurant to the municipal waterpark with various indoor and outdoor pools located directly next to the park to which you have free access. To fully appreciate the atmosphere of the surroundings, we advise you to start your day with a walk in the Bentheimer Wald, to visit the famous Stronghold of Bad Bentheim, and enjoy a Kaffee und Kuchen in a traditional Gaststätte.
A Weißbier with bratwurst is also really nice to try.
Daytrips to the Nordhorn Zoo, the Isterberg and the beautiful province town Munster complement your holiday. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park.
A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed.
As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking.

Bad Bentheim is een leuke stad en het park zelf zijn geweldig

Het zwembad vlakbij het park is geweldig, ook de saunafaciliteiten aldaar. Maar omdat we een sauna in het huis hadden hebben we erbij van de sauna's bij het zwembad geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ook het winkeltje bij in het park is OK. Maar de boodschappen doen we het liefst in Bad Bentheim zelf.

Super für Familien und Gruppen, Die Häuser sind schön und praktisch möbliert. Freizeitangebote im Resort sind für gross und klein. Essen war gut und reichlich. Preise sind nicht überteuert. Ruhiger Resort wo auch Kinder sich mal alleine zum Spielplatz bewegen können. Wir waren sehr zu Frieden mit allem.

Je kunt maar voor vaste aantal nachten verblijven (4 of 7). Daarbuiten mag je niet kiezen.
We wilden nog een extra nacht logeren maar dat mocht niet omdat je dan per se 3 nachten extra moet bijboeken.
Dus flexibiliteit is er niet echt.
