The holiday apartment "A Casa Nostra" in Catania is the perfect choice for a comfortable, stress-free stay with family or friends.
The 10 m² property accommodates up to 8 guests and features a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, heating, and air conditioning are provided. Enjoy a private terrace and access to a shared garden with orange and lemon trees, barbecue, and ping pong table—ideal for relaxing and outdoor fun. The home is in a strategic location, just minutes from the highway entrance and well connected by public transport.
Arriving by car is recommended; free street parking is available right outside.
Cyclists benefit from a secure, covered bike area with washing, inflating, and maintenance facilities.
The location is also perfect for cycling to destinations like Syracuse, Bronte, Randazzo, Taormina, and Mount Etna. Every Wednesday, a local market with fresh produce, cheese, household goods, and clothing is just a 5-minute walk away. For the sea, we recommend San Giovanni Li Cuti beach (2.5 km) or the platforms at Piazza Europa and Piazza Nettuno.
Bars and restaurants are nearby. Within 2 km, you'll find many wellness and leisure activities: gym, sauna, pool, tennis, padel, football, bike rental, diving, and snorkeling. El ruido de circulación, el apartamento está junto a una autovia. La ubicación en un barrio sin servicios y muy sucio.
