The holiday apartment “A Casa Nostra” in Catania is the perfect choice for a comfortable, stress-free stay with family or friends.
The 120 m² property accommodates up to 8 guests and features a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), dedicated workspace, TV, heating, and air conditioning.
Enjoy a private terrace and access to a shared garden—ideal for relaxing.
The apartment is in a strategic location, just minutes from the highway entrance and well connected by public transport.
Arrival by car is recommended; free street parking is available in front of the house.
The location is also excellent for visiting nearby destinations like Syracuse.
For the sea, we recommend San Giovanni Li Cuti beach (2.5 km) or the platforms at Piazza Europa and Piazza Nettuno.
Nearby you’ll find bars and restaurants such as Pasticceria Quaranta, La Siciliana, Da Nitto, and Planet Marine.
Extra services are available on request and for an additional fee: breakfast, bicycle and e-bike rental, laundry service, organization of lunches and dinners, homemade products, holistic operator for relaxing massages, and Pilates lessons in the garden.
House rules: pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.

Apartamento limpio y espacioso
El ruido de circulación, el apartamento está junto a una autovia. La ubicación en un barrio sin servicios y muy sucio.

Rooms setting strange. Doors to room nit well arranged. No tissues or soap. Not hot water in some bathrooms. Water leaking in one bathroom severely.

The apartment suited our needs. It was clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
