The villa "Provenzale Clos de Minerve" is located in Cap d'Antibes and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The property, spread over 3 floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor, accommodating a total of 8 guests.
For additional guests, there are two more rooms and a bathroom located in the basement.
Further amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer.
A baby cot is also available.
The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, which features a pool, an open terrace, and a covered terrace.

House was clean and in a good location
There was a charge to use linens and towels. Hosts offered to do food shopping which was great but didn’t provide guests with original receipt from the store…just a hand written one.
Beautiful house lacking in amenities

The house itself is stunning, gorgeous backyard with a beautiful outdoor eating area and pool. Rooms are mostly comfortable (excepting the one in the basement, which is less ideal) and there's plenty of space to lounge, relax, etc. inside and outside. It's well located about 10 min drive from the train station, but you can walk to the beach, some restaurants, etc.
Having to pay for the linens wasn't ideal, particularly considering the linens given were pretty bare bones. There was a general lack of hospitality — no extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms (when I informed the host, he didn't acknowledge the message), one of the bathrooms still had trash in ...

My friends and I spent a great few days at Villa Provenzale Clos De Minerve. The pool is large and the water warm. The outdoor space and BBQ area worked perfectly for us - eating outside every night. We hired in a chef on the last night and had a great meal. There is a small cafe within a 10 minute...
