The holiday apartment "Casa Cattaleya" is located in Desenzano del Garda and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
This 42 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, cable TV as well as a fan. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower.
Please note that the pool will be unavailable on Tuesdays for the weekly cleaning.
Please also note that the use of swimming caps in the pool is compulsory.
The pool closes on 1 September. The bus stop is just 200 m from the property, a bicycle can be accessed within 200 m, an Italmarkt supermarket is 1 km away, a tobacconist is also 1 km away and a restaurant, a bar, and a pizzeria can be reached within 200 m of the property. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning available. The property has step-free access and interior. 2 mountain bikes can be provided for a fee. Transports from and to the airports of Bergamo and Verona and from and to the train station can be organized for a fee. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos , im Erdgeschoss und sauber.
Die Lage war sehr gut, aber der äußerliche Gebäudezustand und das Umfeld waren so nicht beschrieben. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir die Unterkunft nie gebucht.
