The holiday home "Carpa", which is situated in Riumar, overlooks the nearby mountain.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area featuring a pool, and garden that offers relaxing mountain views, an open terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 4 pets are allowed (fees apply). Smoking and parties are not allowed.
No noise is permitted between 11 pm and 9 am. Guests outside of those mentioned in the reservation are not allowed on the property. Guests are kindly reminded to keep the apartment and the facilities clean and in good condition. The property has a step-free interior. This property has light and water-saving features. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
