The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Three private balconies provide you with the perfect setting to greet the morning or wind down the evening. The area is beautiful and has much to offer, including the impressive Wilder Kaiser Mountains and the Kitzbühel Alps or the filming location of the series Bergdoktor.

Public transport is within walking distance and a public car charging station is a 7-minute walk away. Two parking spaces are available at the accommodation, while other vehicles can be parked publicly on the street. Bringing pets and celebrating events is not allowed.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not in the apartment. Additional guests must be announced. Early check-in and late check-out are available free of charge, subject to availability. In summer hiking backpacks and poles are provided free of charge, in winter there is a free ski depot at the valley station Söll. We look forward to making your stay an unforgettable experience.
