The cottage, on one level, offers you: a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a corridor leading to the 3 bedrooms (2 140x190 beds, 2 90 beds including 1 bunk), then a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, on enclosed grounds: a 25m² terrace facing south/east, a garden.
Private gravelled driveway to park your vehicle.
Baden offers a beautiful historical heritage, shops and restaurants to enhance your stay, all year round.
Take the coastal paths (GR 34) and admire the splendid panoramas of the Gulf and its islands! Less than 10 minutes by car, enjoy the pleasures of the sea and swimming at the beach of Locmiquel or that of the 7 islands.
Water sports and golf enthusiasts will find what they are looking for in the town.
A few minutes are enough to reach an oyster farm and settle down on the terrace around a platter of oysters.
For a sea trip, embark at Port Blanc and stop at Ile Aux Moines or Ile d'Arz.
In Larmor-Baden, don't miss the market on Sunday mornings and Berder Island, accessible on foot at low tide.
A stone's throw away, children will appreciate the playground, the multi-sports ground, and the gym/urban bodybuilding area.

Excellent, très calme rien ne manquait, literie bien, et les alentours nous as satisfait et beaucoup de verdure, on as appréciés Voilà,nous allons revenir prochainement Aussi ,avons fait pendant plusieurs années le Morbihan Toujours émerveillée par cet endroit

Accueil convivial, la maison est fort agréable, bien équipée, spacieuse, chambres agréables avec de très bons matelas et grande salle de bain. L'endroit est très calme et super bien situé pour visiter l'ensemble du Morbihan. Seul bémol a notre arrivée, c'est le ménage.Malgré tout, nous recommandons cette hébergement.

La maison est bien. L extérieur aussi. Il y a tout ce qu il faut en vaisselle. Propriétaire très accueillant avec un petit présent. Juste un bon nettoyage de fond à faire lustres luminaires boiseries des lits...remettre au goût du jour.
