The holiday apartment 'Ferienwohnung Auszeit' is located in Niederviehbach and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 63 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with satellite and streaming services, a fan, a washing machine, heating, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.
An iron and ironing board can be borrowed.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden and an open terrace.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a barbecue and a trampoline, is also available for your use. The village shop with a bakery and a post office is approximately 3 minutes away on foot.
A pizzeria is around 450 meters away, wakeboarding is 5 km, a water park is 13 km, the Bayernpark is 34 km, the Trausnitz Castle is 22 km, and Blue Brix is 53 km. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior.
