The villa "Laforge" is located in Carmona and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.
Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
The property is located just 400 m from a community centre with a padel tennis court, a bar and a playground.
Furthermore, there is a small grocery shop 500 m from the accommodation and the centre of Carmona is 16 km away.
There are 2 parking spaces on the property, additional free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed (please inform the host before your arrival).
Smoking and celebrating events are not permitted in this property.
Please avoid unnecessary noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
Non-registered guests may only be accommodated on a restricted basis.
A late check-out is possible for a fee.

La casa es como se ve en el anuncio y la piscina estupenda. La atención de la dueña excelente. Es un sitio muy bueno para pasar unos días en tranquilidad y relajación.

Abgesehen vom (etwas reparaturbedürftigen Pool) war der Aufenthalt im Haus sehr angenehm und die Lage gut.

Nos encanto la amplitud y distribución de todas las estancias de la casa. Las fotos corresponden 100% con lo que nos encontramos. Todo muy limpio a nuestra llegada. El espacio para la piscina y la barbacoa amplios y bien equipados. Urbanización muy tranquila y segura. La anfitriona Esther dispuesta y amable en todo momento. Repetiremos seguro. 👌🙂
