Excellent communication from the host from start to finish. Clear easy to follow directions. Beautiful home in peaceful setting despite only being a few minutes' drive from both Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, and loads of shops and restaurants. Fabulous pool and views, and modern interior. We didn't realise that the A/C unit in one room feeds water into a bottle behind the door in one of the ground floor bedrooms - not a problem really, but you do need to remember to empty it or you get left with a bit of a puddle.
