The dream house is located on the outskirts of Font de Sa Cala, from here you can reach various bays within walking distance, a small secluded bay is just opposite the house.
The small village also offers various shopping opportunities, plus inviting bars and restaurants.
Hikers can walk from the finca to the end Font de sa Calas and get over the pine-covered hill to Canyamel.
Outside, an extraordinary tower awaits you with a first-class terrace from which you can enjoy the unique sea view.
Extravagant rattan furniture invites you to linger, the 7 x 4 meter pool with surrounding sunbathing terrace invites you to jump into the cool water and then relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers.
If you are looking for shade during the sunny summer months, you can put up a parasol or hide under a shady tree on the spacious property.
