Quietly located just outside Estepona and yet a short walk from Estepona Port, you will find Villa Endless Summer.
An ideal place for a relaxing getaway where you can enjoy the beach, the private pool, the village Estepona and the many hours of sunshine. The villa is centrally located and a good starting point to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Costa del Sol.
Rent a bicycle, head to the beach, enjoy the wide choice of restaurants and the traditional Spanish atmosphere in Estepona itself, but also the historic city of Seville and of course Marbella are excellent destinations for a day trip. Guests can gaze over the Mediterranean to Africa and Gibraltar taking in 3 countries and 2 continents that make 1 amazing view! The bay of Estepona is known for its large groups of dolphins, which can be observed from your own terrace. The recent complete renovation retains the charming traditional exterior whilst providing stylish and contemporary interiors complete with high quality, luxury materials.
Villa Endless Summer is your exclusive retreat, with private pool, sauna and 3 en- suite double bedrooms which can accommodate up to six people.
The kitchen, lounge and outside terraces offer plenty of space to cook and relax together.
Ideal for a special family vacation! There are 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet.
The living area with open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge have direct access to an open, furnished terrace area with beautiful uninterrupted sea views.
The property has hot and cold air conditioning and underfloor heating in the bathrooms, making it the ideal holiday home all year round with private off street parking for your convenience. The open plan living area provides fully fitted kitchen with Neff appliances including, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and wine cooler.
In the kitchen guests can also choose to enjoy filtered water via the main tap without the need to purchase bottled water.
The garden level bedrooms enjoy direct access to your private garden, pool and sauna.
The gardens have their own lemon and orange trees. The small urbanization is located just west of Estepona, walking distance to the port of Estepona with all the restaurants, bars and amenities, as well as just 10 minutes drive to the charming Port of La Duquesa and 20 minutes drive to Sotogrande Port.
The Elba Hotel with bar and restaurant is 100m from the property and here you can find a regular supply of taxis.
A further 400m you will find supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways. Underfloor heating is available in the entire house.
