Welcome to our stylish terrace apartment in the heart of the Passeier Valley.
Built in 2023, the 45 m² apartment offers modern comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.
It features a separate bedroom, a comfortable bathroom and a stylish open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen.
The large sofa bed provides extra sleeping space, making the apartment ideal for two to four guests. A highlight is the 28 m² private terrace.
Enjoy a peaceful breakfast, soak up the South Tyrolean sunshine and views of the surrounding mountains, or unwind after an eventful day on holiday. Set in an appealing hiking area in the heart of the Passeier Valley, the apartment is an ideal base for hikes, bike rides and outings in South Tyrol's natural surroundings.
The spa town of Merano is just 9 km away and easy to reach.
Public transport is within walking distance. Free underground and carport parking spaces are available right at the property.
The underground garage also has two electric car charging stations.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored securely in the property's dedicated e-bike room. Families with children are warmly welcome.

Toll gestaltetes, sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit großer sonniger Terasse. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und die herrliche Aussicht genossen.

We enjoyed the view from the terrace as well as the cozy atmosphere. Philipp was a great host and we also had great conversations with his mother Maria whos a very lovely person! :)

Cucina con buona dotazione di accessori incluso il detersivo per i piatti e lavastoviglie. Bagno spazioso. Bella terrazza con tavolo e sdrai e splendida vista sulle montagne. Oste molto disponibile. Comodo parcheggio.
