Enjoy panoramic views stretching across the open sea to the legendary bay of Saint-Tropez—a play of light and water that changes with every hour. Facing directly south, the house is bathed in sunlight from morning to evening.
Both inside and out, a bright, warm atmosphere creates a sense of calm and spaciousness.
From the living room and terrace, the sea view feels almost unreal—especially at dusk, when the lights of Saint-Tropez twinkle and you feel as if you’re on a private hilltop above the coast. The villa offers about 135 m² of living space and is ideal for 2 to 6 guests.
Three comfortable bedrooms ensure privacy and restful sleep.
The separate, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
An adjoining utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and storage adds to your comfort. The 1,500 m² terraced grounds are fully fenced, offering both privacy and space.
The private pool is reserved exclusively for guests and is professionally maintained.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome (for an extra fee). Cats and other animals are not permitted. Just 2 km from the sea, you’ll find swimming coves, restaurants, and a small supermarket.
Only two minutes’ walk from the quiet cul-de-sac, a vast nature reserve awaits, offering another spectacular view: over the beaches of Fréjus, the bay of Saint-Raphaël, and the red-hued Esterel mountains. This villa is more than just a holiday home.

This unit was in a great location with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean! There were a few bugs at night, but -hey, it's Hawaii and there are bugs - so you just need to put all your food in the fridge or freezer and go enjoy your time. The host was nice and responsive. Da Poke Shack is right downstairs!

The unit is beautiful with stunning ocean views and well equipped. Property manager on site was great. Vacasa was terrible. Promised parking passes 3 times and never got one. Hours are 10-4:30 which are not convenient since I call on Kona clients. On site manager finally helped me. Don’t let this dissuade you from renting since the unit is great! I’d fire Vacasa.

The floor wasn’t clean in the kitchen. And there were ants in the room halfway through our stay, although I am sure that is just part of the island process. The Hot Tub was a little bit misrepresentative. It was basically two people that could sit in the smallest thing I’ve ever seen possible smalle...
