A detached house built on a 850 m2 plot, garden with lawn, trees, 8 x 4 swimming pool and barbecue.
It is situated 200 m. from the sea, 400 m. from Calafat marina and 400 m. from the sandy beach "L´Almadraba". The house consist of a living room which opens to a covered terrace with garden furniture, an independent kitchen, a double bedroom, two full bathrooms, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with two bunks. It has kitchen utensils, a dinner service, glasses, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and coffee maker. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
They are beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them without crowds and some of them untouched.
A perfect scenario to walk on the GR-92 route, take a bike, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi.
On the Costa Dorada, there is the Calafat sea front, where we find the urbanization, racing circuit and marina of the same name.
The quiet and high standing urbanization of Calafat , with more than 2 km of coastline, is located in the municipality of the fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, known for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the south you will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park and you can try one of the restaurants where the best rice in the country is cooked.
You can dive with the largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting moments, sailing on a modern and innovative catamaran.
