Located in Gressan, the holiday apartment "Maison Grange 2" offers guests a fantastic view of the Alps.
The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and a grill. The apartment is close to Pila, and 15 km away from Aosta.
In addition, there are bars and restaurants 500 meters away, and the ski lift with which Aosta as well as supermarkets and pharmacies can be reached is just 150 meters away. 5 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. The property has motorbike, bicycle and ski storage. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed and air conditioning is not available. There are security cameras at the entrance of the property. There are steps to access the entrance of the property, and there are stone steps from the parking spaces to the entrance of the property. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Cette est maison est très bien située au calme et proche de plusieurs balades. Elle est très bien équipée et super propre. Françoise est très accueillante et très attentive. Nous recommandons fortement!
