Located in Playa del Inglés, the holiday home 'Villa Mateo' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, heating, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a playground and an outdoor shower.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool and a children's pool.
Public transport links are located within walking distance.
Free parking is available on the street.
The lawn is mowed twice per week.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
