Overlooking Lake Como, the vacation home "Charming House On The Lake" in Lezzeno offers a breathtaking view directly from the windows.
This 150 m² property consists of a large open plan living area, a well-equipped kitchen with all mod cons, 3 gorgeous bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (including a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Among the on-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided upon request. Guests benefit from a private outdoor area with a spacious garden, a covered terrace and an outdoor kitchen. The property is a short walk from the shore of Lake Como and hiking options are within walking distance.
In the vicinity of the accommodation there are bars, restaurants, public transport links and supermarkets. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for all property damage and/or personal injury resulting from their pet. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The accommodation has a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. An extra fee for heating usage could be requested during the winter months based on consumption.
