Located in Arco, the “Holiday Speed” vacation apartment offers guests a beautiful mountain view right from the property.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, fan, microwave, and Melitta coffee maker. The highlight of this apartment is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and 2 balconies.
The outdoor area is furnished for dining, enjoying drinks and relaxing with a view of the surroundings. The property is set within walking distance of a bar, a tobacco shop, a Cassa Rurale Alto Garda bank, a pharmacy and a Coop supermarket.
Public transport links are also located close by. A parking space is available outside the property and a parking space inside the property is available on request. Families with children are welcome. One pet of up to 20 kg is permitted with a surcharge per stay.
If the dog is used to sleeping in bed with the owner, I kindly ask you to bring your own bed linen. Smoking and celebrating events are not permitted. Air conditioning is not available. 2 e-bikes can be provided (for a fee).
Those travelling by bicycle or e-bike are not allowed to bring their own vehicle into the flat. As you can see in our gallery, there is a box on the property for storing your bicycles. This property has guidelines to help guests differentiate waste correctly.
