The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating as well as a washing machine. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. The property offers an excellent location for excursions to the Baltic Sea (14 km away). Furthermore, the accommodation is located 4 km from a supermarket, the Schlei River and the train station and 130 km from the airport. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
