Rural house for six people with communal swimming pool.
The house has three bedrooms, two of them with two beds of 90 each and another room with double bed of 135cm, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, living room and kitchen.
The house has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms there are also fans.
The garden is private with a barbecue. The only thing shared is the swimming pool with four other houses.
Parking is right next to the house, inside the villa.
We are located at the entrance of Conil, two km from the center and beaches.
It is advisable to go by car to the center, time approximately five minutes.
Only rented to families, couples. Groups of young people are not allowed. No parties, farewells...
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
