This is a modern studio apartment with private parking located on the 5th floor, in the center of Dubrovnik city.
Studio offers a comfortable and stylish living space, and open plan kitchen. Design maximizes natural light and creates a sense of airiness, ideal for guests.
Apartment also features a double bed and bathroom with a shower. Amenities include: AC, SAT TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster; shower and hair dryer, and a private parking spot on the top of the building. Studio is located in the business district of Dubrovnik which is approximately a 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the Old town with a bus stop located next to the apartment building.
In a few minutes easy walk you can reach multiple restaurants, bars, supermarket as well as a grocery store and bakery, several banks, ATM machine and two department stores with a variety of shops. Hedera Studio 4 sleeps 2 guests.
