This APARTMENT of approx. 39m², on the 1st floor (no lift), comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a lounge - dining area (flat-screen TV) and a kitchen area equipped with 2 hotplates, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer section and a dishwasher...
One bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed (2 x 80cm) and a wardrobe.
A shower room with shower, electric towel rail, electric washing machine and toilet.
A miller's ladder leads to a mezzanine with 2 90cm beds.
Travel light: a baby cot and mattress are available.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance)
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
