Our vacation home at Lake Chiemsee offers you the unique opportunity to experience country life and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our loving vacation home combines the rustic style of a traditional Bavarian farm with modern comfort. The cozy and tastefully furnished rooms offer space for families and couples.
Our vacation home is surrounded by green meadows and fields and offers the possibility to relax on the sunny terrace. Lake Chiemsee invites you to a variety of leisure activities. In summer you can swim here wonderfully. A trip by boat to the Fraueninsel and Herreninsel offers a nice excursion throughout the year. Around Lake Chiemsee there are numerous bike paths and nature reserves to explore. In addition, the nearby mountains offer a variety of hiking and skiing opportunities in every season. Cafes, restaurants, supermarket, boat dock, e-boat rental, bike rental and much more can be reached nearby.

The house has a large garden with terrace, gas grill and comfortable garden furniture. The house is an old farmhouse in a quiet village location. It has charm with low ceilings, narrow stairs and some peculiarities of old houses. WLAN is available in the house! There is a modern bathroom on the upper floor, sinks in the rooms on the ground floor. The house has 2 bedrooms with double bed 180*200 cm, 1 bedroom with double bed 140*200 cm, 1 room with a single bed, and a folding mattress as an extra option. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower option. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen. The living room area invites you to eat together, relax and unwind. The kitchen and living room are comfortable for 6 guests, with more guests it will be a bit tighter.
