Overlooking the sea, the holiday home "Casa Relax Vista Mozzafiato" in Arzachena impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
One of the bedrooms is located in a separate building next to the main house, along with one of the bathrooms.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning in the living room and in 1 bedroom, heating as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located just 500 m from the beach and close to all essential services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There are 3 parking spaces on the property, additional free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is not available. The property has a separate entrance. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. Please note that the route to reach the property consists of a dirt road, followed by an uphill, due to that the property is located on high ground. The property is immersed in a natural setting, which is why you will be able to appreciate various wildlife species, including wild boars, which are a peculiarity of the area.
