Welcome to our romantic 4-star apartment at Villa Prat Bras, facing the Laïta beach at Le Pouldu.
Nestled on the first floor of a characterful seaside house, it offers direct access to the garden and a breathtaking view from the beach to the island of Groix. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the changing landscapes with the tides, and walks along the famous GR34 footpath, which passes right by the house and leads to the picturesque port of Doëlan. We look forward to welcoming you all year round and sharing our local tips on restaurants, walks and activities.
Free parking and high-speed WiFi included. Not suitable for pets or babies. The accommodation The apartment is classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.
It benefits from every comfort: - A separate bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed 160 x 200, non-allergenic (feather-free & anti-mite). A living room with sofa and lift-up coffee table -A kitchenette equipped with all the essentials (coffee, condiments, etc.) Nespresso and/or filter coffee machine - A bathroom with a large 90x90 shower and customizable lighting ambience Flat-screen TV -Access to laundry room for washer-dryer All linen is provided.
This includes sheets, towels and tea towels. Cleaning is carried out with the greatest care. We live on site and will be available most of the time to welcome you and share our good addresses and tips (restaurants, walks, etc.). ⏰ Arrival from 3pm // Departure 10am but we're as flexible as possible 😊 WIFI: You'll have free access to 200 Mbt/s broadband. Parking: You'll be able to park for free on site. We can provide you with storage space for your sports equipment bikes, surf etc.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön gelegen direkt am Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns in deutsch, englisch und französisch unterhalten. Das Apartment entspricht voll den Erwartungen und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Garten gibt es viele schöne Ecken zum Verweil...
