The 70 sq m apartment on the second floor has a separate entrance with a characteristic medieval-era balcony and exposed beams, stone walls and original brick flooring. 4 +1 beds.
The apartment is on two levels with a characteristic wooden and wrought-iron staircase leading to the upper floor. Fine furnishings in poor art. Liveable and equipped kitchen. Panoramic view of the Martani Mountains with centuries-old oaks. The garden of about 1000 square meters is equipped with tables and benches, barbeque, secular olive grove and oak forest.
Swimming pool, umbrellas, sunbeds. Shuttles are organized for guided tourist itineraries: Marmore Falls Wineries and oil mills with tastings Mountain bike trails Hermitage of St. Francis, Assisi Cucinelli Cashmere Educational farm/horseback riding Colosseum, Rome The facility has ample parking for cars with video surveillance service.
