Brand new, freshly built holiday flat "Il Cuore Rosso" (year of construction of the house - April 2023) is located in the heart of the village Naturno and offers a beautiful view of the Alps.
The 43 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
On-site amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a microwave and a capsule coffee machine. This holiday apartment also offers a private balcony. A bakery, a grocery store and a bar are situated directly next to the property.
Moreover, there is a public swimming pool with thermal water and sauna area in the village.
Public transport links are located within walking distance. A parking space is available in the garage.
Please note that the underground garage is a bit narrow.
If you have a large car or do not feel comfortable parking, it is recommended to use a public parking lot (5 minutes walk away). The property has motorbike, bicycle and ski storage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking inside the building and celebrating events are not allowed.
Guests can smoke on the balcony. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

La posizione lungo la via principale di Naturno è molto comoda sia per spostarsi a piedi o in macchina che per fare acquisti e passeggiate. La rumorosità di cui si è lamentato qualche ospite non è poi così esagerata e c...

Sehr schönes Badezimmer , große Dusche!
Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße, Starke Lärmbelästigung ! bei offenen Fenster schlafen ist das sehr, sehr schwierig! Ab 5:00 Uhr beginnt der Straßenverkehr
Tiefgarage schlimmer als beschrieben!
Ist schon eine Zumutung dort zu Parken!
Habe dann ein paar hundert Meter außerhalb auf eine kostenlosen Parkplatz geparkt .
Es hat alles gepasst, wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermierterin sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Leider war es doch sehr laut durch die Hauptstrasse, wenn man die Fenster offen hatte. Dies war in der Beschreibung zu erkennen, aber damit hatten wir nicht in dem Umfang gerechnet.
Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge war dafür toll.
Die laute Durchgangsstrasse, obwohl es eine Ortsumgehung gibt.
