Located in Premeno, the holiday apartment "Gran Vista" offers a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 5 people.
Among the on-site amenities are Wi-Fi (only 200 Mb), a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV, a washing machine and a selection of children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The highlight of this apartment is its private covered terrace.
The Albagnano meditation center, a tennis club and a golf course are situated close to the property.
The location is ideal for mountain bike trips along numerous magnificent routes of Val Grande.
An outdoor area with a garden, a barbecue and a playground is available for your use close to the property.
The outdoor area is great for barbecuing with a magnificent view from Laveno to Stresa, in a relaxed environment surrounded by greenery.
Free parking is available on the street.

Die Lage, Zimmeraufteilung war gut
Die Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas mangelhaft. Ein paar wichtige Sachen haben gefehlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat soweit alles, was man braucht. Der Ausblick über den Lago ist grandios. Der erwähnte Grill ist ein Pizza-Grill, den wir nicht genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und er hat uns mit Rat und Tat unterstützt. WLAN war zuverlässig.
Eine richtige Grill-Möglichkeit gibt es leider nur auf dem nahe gelegenen Spielplatz.
