The property offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private parking, and beautiful views of the Sóller valley and its impressive mountains.
The cottage, decorated in a traditional style, includes a living room with a kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
Guests can enjoy a lovely terrace in front of the house, as well as access to the orchard and the fantastic pool area just a few meters away.
Sun loungers are available for guests, and there is also a barbecue for outdoor dining.
Heaters are provided for the winter.
The center of Sóller is about a 20-minute walk away.
It is a very pleasant walk, though the route has some steep sections.
For guests arriving by car, a small, manageable vehicle is recommended due to the narrow mountain streets, or a scooter is also a good option.
The center of Sóller is less than 2 km away, and Palma is about 20 km from the property, approximately 30 minutes by car.
A baby bed and high chair are available on request.
This is a self-catering property.
Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied.
Guests are expected to purchase their own after using what is provided.
For hygienic reasons, food leftovers are not left at the property.

Wundervoll ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Stadt, Berge, in der Ferne das Meer....herrlich der Pool, umgeben von Orangenbäumen.
Empfehlenswert ist es, ein kleines Auto zu mieten, denn die Zufahrtsstraßen sind eng. Auch sollte man ohne Geh-einschränkung sein. Danke dem netten Vermieter und der sehr guten Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung.

Magnifique endroit, la vue est très belle, le proprio très gentil et l’emplacement idéal pour nous. Là piscine est un plus quand il fait très chaud
